Which Wabachimp actions are available?
Send a template message, send a reply within the 24-hour window, create or update a contact, and add or remove tags.
Can Wabachimp start a Zap?
Yes. New contacts, incoming messages and tag changes can trigger a Zap.
Do messages still need approved templates?
Yes for messages that start a conversation. Replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message can be free text.
