Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free for as long as you use it, within its limits. You only pay Meta for any template messages you send.
What does yearly billing save?
Paying yearly gets you 12 months for the price of 10, which is two months free.
What are Meta's message fees?
Meta charges for template messages, such as marketing campaigns, order updates and login codes. You pay these to Meta at its official rates, and Wabachimp adds nothing on top.
Are replies to customers free?
Yes. When a customer messages you, replying within 24 hours is free, so day-to-day support conversations cost nothing extra.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect straight away.
How can I pay?
